3 - General provisions
These Terms of Use apply to any person (hereinafter “Internet User”) browsing or using the website (hereinafter the “Website”). These Terms of Use may be modified at any time without notice. PLBpe may not be held liable for the consequences of any such modifications.
4 - Intellectual Property
4.1 This Website is the property of and is operated by PLBpe. The entire Website as well as each of its components, including any trademarks, logos, domain names and databases, are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular regarding literary and artistic property and the protection of databases, and are the property of PLBpe or the subject of a user license.
4.2 None of the components of the Website may be copied, reproduced or modified in whole or in part, in any way or on any medium, without the prior written authorization of PLBpe, subject to exceptions under applicable legislation.
4.3 PLBpe reserves the right to pursue infringement claims against third parties as regards its intellectual property rights.
5 - Personal data
5.1 Pursuant to the provisions of the the French Law n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004on the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data, as amending Law no° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and civil liberties, any Internet User consulting this Website has the right to access, modify, correct and delete personal data that he has provided to PLBpe through the Website. The Internet User shall, as applicable, exercise this right by writing to the following address

5.2 PLBpe reserves the right to place cookies on the hard drive of any Internet User browsing the Website so as to record information on the Internet User’s usage of the Website and in particular any information on the pages consulted and the dates and times of consultation. The Internet User can refuse cookies by modifying the configuration of his computer’s Internet browser.
6 - Hypertexts links
6.1 Tofacilitate the search for information, PLBpe may include links towards other websites. In that respect, PLBpe shall in no way be liable for the content of a third party website to which the Internet User may have access via the Website. PLBpe has no way of controlling the content of such third party websites. In addition, the existence of a hypertext link between the Website and a third party website in no way means that PLBpe in any way endorses the content of the said website or any use that may be made thereof.
6.2 It is up to the Internet User to take all necessary steps to avoid any contamination of the Website by one or more viruses, Trojan horses or any other parasite.
6.3 A hypertext link to the Website can only be installed with the express prior agreement of PLBpe.
7 - Liability
7.1 PLBpe shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on the Website, but reserves the right to correct content, at any time and without notice. PLBpe cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy, completeness or up-to-date nature of the information available on the Website.
7.2 PLBpe accordingly declines any and all responsibility:
for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission concerning the information available on the Website;
for any direct or indirect loss or damage, regardless of the causes or the consequences, even if PLBpe has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, inter alia by reason of:
- any reliance made on any information directly or indirectly deriving from the Website;
- an Internet User’s access to or impossibility of accessing it;
- use of the Website, including any damage or virus that may affect the computer equipment or any other property of the Internet User;
for all damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party, whether or not this leads to modification of Website information or components.
8 - Avaibility and operation of the website
8.1 Inasmuch as it is technically impossible to supply a Website that is error-free, PLBpe may not be held liable for any malfunction, impossibility of access, or unsatisfactory conditions of use of the Website due to unsuitable equipment, malfunctions by the Internet User’s access provider, congestion on the Internet or any other reasons outside PLBpe’s control.
8.2 PLBpe cannot guarantee that the Website will operate without interruption or that it will be error-free. PLBpe and/or its suppliers may at any time modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Website to carry out maintenance and/or modifications on the Website. PLBpe may not be held liable for any modification, suspension or interruption of the Website.
