Launched in 2007, the business and technology meetings have led to more than 5,000 customized and prearranged meetings being organized each year between exhibitors and order-givers and decision-makers from the aeronautical and space sectors.

Who can take part

in our B2B meetings?

Any person or company with projects relating to the aerospace sector.
Directors and managers from functions including purchasing, technical, R&D, production and quality as well as certain institutions and public bodies.

When?

B2B and Technology meetings take place over 3 days (Tuesday 18th to Thursday 20th) during the show.
Your meeting schedule will be tailored to fit in with your agenda for the 3 days.

How do we sign up

for the service?

Introduce your company, your expertise, your products and your needs by filling in an online registration form.
You will receive an ID and password to login to the B2B meetings platform,
Three weeks before the show, you will have access to an online database displaying the profiles of all the participants taking part in the International Paris Air Show's B2B meetings programme.
Use the dedicated software to select the companies you wish to meet and specify your availability.
The software also allows you to select the conferences you wish to attend (optional).
You are free to accept or decline meeting requests from other companies.
Our team will then put together your personalised schedule of meetings, which will be available online one week before the show opens.

Price

The B2B Meetings registration service is offered to contract principals free of charge.

Note that the free participation to the B2B Meetings do not grand access to the Show. You will need an access badge in addition to your B2B Meetings invitation.
