Exhibiting at the show

The show offers several different types of exhibition space allowing you to display
your products to their full advantage and host your clients under optimum conditions:

Business chalets

Chalets are situated along the runway where the flying displays take place. They provide hospitality venues for you to receive clients and visitors in an environment which you have decorated and equipped to reflect your company image. Personalise your chalet with our range of additional options.

Halls

You can reserve a stand in one of the show's 6 halls.
In order to meet exhibitors' needs, we offer two options for stands in the halls: A bare stand (to be fitted out) or an equipped stand (a simple, hassle-free option).

Outdoor exhibition area

Our outdoor exhibition area (the static) is mainly used to exhibit aircraft, but buildings may also be constructed here. There are 2 ways of exhibiting on the static:
Bare space: You can reserve an area of ground space on the static with no specific fittings where you can exhibit your aircraft or equipment.
Built area: To further enhance safety whilst presenting your equipment, you can construct a building on the static.

Aircraft

To exhibit your aircraft, you can either reserve exterior exhibition space (see above) or register the aircraft by tonnage.

Media village

These units, reserved for specialist aviation media, are located in the show's main exterior aisle offering you the opportunity to present your products and services to visitors and exhibitors.
You may reserve one or more modules.
The show offers modules composed of 6m² units.
