2011 Show report
The 49th edition of the International Paris-Le Bourget Air Show, which took place from June 20 to 26 2011 reflected the renewed growth in the activities of the air and space industry.
Records were beaten as regards exhibitors as well as professional and general public participation; on the actual business front numerous orders were placed with our exhibitors.
This edition was also the opportunity to host for the first time the solar aircraft, Solar Impulse. In addition, the presence at the Show of such aircraft as the lX3, the A400M or the B747-8 was a confirmation that the Show continues to be the showcase for the technological breakthroughs of the air and space industry.
The key event for the industry, the Paris Air Show is THE venue to meet business partners and present innovations. This edition was particularly rich in events and new products.
