 Who can exhibit and how?

The 48th International Paris Air Show Le Bourget will take place from Monday 15 June to Sunday 21 June 2009 inclusive.
No-one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Show during the Trade Visitor days, i.e 15, 16, 17 and 18 June 2009.
The Show is open to the general public on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June 2009.

 

 Who can exhibit?

An exhibitor may be any natural person or legal entity meeting the selection criteria issued by the Organizer, according to
the Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS).

Exhibitors are divided into two categories:
Direct exhibitor
A direct Exhibitor is a legal entity that books an individual stand or organizes a group stand and receives invoices from the Organizer. The said natural person then pays all such invoices directly.

Indirect exhibitor
An indirect Exhibitor is a legal entity that books an individual stand within a group stand or a space on a direct Exhibitor's stand.

The products or services presented by the exhibiting company must be classified under one of the following categories:

  • 1 Aircraft construction and assembly
  • 2 Space, spacecraft, satellite telecommunications
  • 3 Aircraft engines, aerospace powerplants and related equipment
  • 4 Weapon systems
  • 5 Pilot & navaids
  • 6 Airborne equipment and systems
  • 7 Cabin interiors
  • 8 Subcontracting, mechanical items and metal working
  • 9 Composite materials and surface treatment
  • 10 Maintenance, product support & spares, transport
  • 11 Services
  • 12 Airport equipment and services
 

 Registering as an Exhibitor

The collection by the Organizer of money accompanying a registration and application form constitutes a step in the receipt
of the application by the Organizer.

Registering and applying for exhibition space:=

The 1st payment, known as a ‘down payment’ , is to be made upon submission of the registration and application form
and at the latest on 15th September 2008 to be included in the allocations.
The amount of this down payment shall be:
 100 % of the fixed fee for registration of direct exhibitors and indirect exhibitors;
 100 % of the application fee for business chalets;
 50 % of the application fee for space in the halls, outdoor areas, village and static display.

The 2nd payment, known as the ‘balance of the invoice for Show participation’, is payable upon receipt of this invoice and at the
latest by 6 April 2009. Parties failing to pay this balance shall be refused access to the space booked and
shall not be authorized to display aircraft at the Show. The Exhibitor's free allocation of entry passes shall not be sent out until
the balance is paid.

A security deposit subject to VAT shall be required when the balance of the invoice is paid. The deposit amount shall be calculated
according to the services booked by the direct Exhibitor.
