The International Paris Air Show - Le Bourget is organized by Gifas (Groupement des Industries Françaises Aéronautiques et Spatiales)
through its subsidiary PLBpe. Mr Louis Le Portz, a member of the Executive Committee of the Gifas Board of Administrators ,
is Chairman & CEO of PLBpe and Commissaire Général of the Paris Air Show.
Formed in 1908, Gifas is a trade association with more than 240 members, from major prime contractors and system suppliers
to small specialist companies. They cover the full spectrum of skills from the design, development and production of civil and
defence aerospace systems to marketing and maintenance. The product range encompasses aircraft, helicopters, engines,
missiles and related equipment, spacecraft and launch systems, and large aerospace, defence and security electronics systems.
